I discovered the work of Sarah J. Coleman and found it very inspiring in terms of the extensive use of contrast and intricate detail. The maximalist impression is aesthetically a quality I am looking to achieve. Similarly, the work of Susan Turner. The contrast between block shapes and thinner lines is very effective and I the structure and geometry will be particularly influential within this particular project.
